- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the peaches evenly and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the oat crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
