- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for an additional minute.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat all the vegetables evenly.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
