Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the corn on the cob for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and allow it to cool slightly.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
