- 8 taco shells

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- While the meat is cooking, prepare the taco shells according to package instructions.
- Once the meat is ready, fill each taco shell with the meat mixture.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
