Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add fresh vegetables to the skillet and sauté for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the tortillas, top with shredded cheese, and fold them up.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
