Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 2×2 inches in size.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the cheese and bacon mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops of the pastry pockets with the beaten egg.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
