- 2 pounds of chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 large watermelons, cut into wedges
- 3 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 24 hamburger buns
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken drumsticks in the mixture until well coated.
- Place the drumsticks on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the watermelon wedges and arrange them on a large platter.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving.
- For the burgers, form ground beef into 8 patties, season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute to melt.
- Serve the grilled chicken, watermelon, salad, and burgers on a buffet table for guests to help themselves.
