- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
Instructions
- Prepare grilled vegetable foil packs by chopping your chosen vegetables, drizzling them with olive oil, and seasoning with salt and pepper. Wrap them in aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
- Assemble the chicken and cheese in tortillas to create wraps. Wrap them tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
- When ready to cook, place the vegetable foil packs on the grill or campfire for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Heat the chicken wraps on the grill or campfire for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve the chicken wraps with salsa on the side.
