- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing ground chicken mixture on tortillas and adding your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
