Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, and crumbled bacon (if using).
- Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each pastry cup, filling them generously.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cups are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
