Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and corn, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice, avocado, salt, and pepper.
