- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in cooked rice and half of the cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
