Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the breaded chicken thighs in the basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
  8. Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray.
  9. Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  11. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
