Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
