- 4 Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed vegetables or a side salad for a complete meal.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if preferred.
