- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 large tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas over the campfire or in a skillet.
- To assemble, place a generous scoop of the beef and chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with cheese, salsa, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the tortillas and serve immediately while warm.
