  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Warm the tortillas over the campfire or in a skillet.
  5. To assemble, place a generous scoop of the beef and chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Top with cheese, salsa, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Fold the tortillas and serve immediately while warm.
