Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a camp stove or over the fire.
- Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

- Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them with the vegetables until fully cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
