- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add sesame oil, and toss everything together to combine.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
