  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, add sesame oil, and toss everything together to combine.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
