  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
  3. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each tilapia fillet into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Then, coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
  7. Spray the tops of the fillets lightly with cooking spray or olive oil spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side.
