- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- 1 cup dried fruits (dates, apricots, raisins)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: edible gold leaf for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon into the melted chocolate.
- Add the mixed nuts and dried fruits to the melted chocolate, and stir to combine.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the top and add edible gold leaf if using.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
