  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped dried apricots, rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chopped nuts, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
