- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 8 taco shells

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- While the beef mixture is cooking, prepare the taco shells according to package instructions.
