- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
