- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
- Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
