Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar substitute.
- Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with a dollop of whipped cream or fresh berries.
