Instructions
- Prepare mini cornbread muffins according to package instructions and bake until golden.
- Slow-cook pulled pork seasoned with your favorite spices. Once cooked, shred and serve on mini buns with coleslaw.
- Boil eggs, peel, and slice in half. Remove yolks and mix with mayo, mustard, and seasoning. Pipe back into egg whites.
- Muddle fresh mint leaves with sugar in a pitcher, add bourbon, and fill with crushed ice. Stir well.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, pimentos, and spices to make pimento cheese. Serve with assorted crackers.
- Assemble caprese skewers by threading cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil onto skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Slice green tomatoes, dip in flour, cornmeal, and fry until crispy. Serve with remoulade sauce.
