Description
A refreshing herbal tea made from dandelion leaves and roots, known for its detoxifying properties.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Dandelion leaves
- 1 tablespoon Dandelion root
- 4 cups Water
- to taste Honey or sweetener
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the fresh dandelion leaves and dried dandelion root to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups.
- Add honey or sweetener if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, increase the amount of dandelion root.
- You can also add lemon or ginger for additional flavor.
- Make sure to harvest dandelions away from pesticides or chemicals.
