Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dandelion leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Dandelion root
  • 4 cups Water
  • to taste Honey or sweetener

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the fresh dandelion leaves and dried dandelion root to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups.
  5. Add honey or sweetener if desired.
