- 1 bunch dandelion greens, washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.
- Add the chopped dandelion greens to the skillet and stir to coat in the oil and garlic.
- Sauté the greens for about 5-7 minutes, or until wilted and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, squeeze lemon juice over the top before serving.
