Description
A refreshing drink made from dandelion leaves and flowers, perfect for spring.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 cup dandelion flowers, washed
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the dandelion leaves and flowers to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Stir in the honey or agave syrup while the mixture is still warm.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Let the drink cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!

- You can add mint leaves for extra flavor.
