Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat and stir in taco seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully combined.
- Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer the cooked meat, nacho cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats as you go to form a hexagonal shape. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray or add a small amount of oil. Place the folded crunchwrap seam side down in the skillet.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. You may need to press down gently with a spatula while cooking.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before cutting in half to serve. Enjoy your homemade Crunchwrap Supreme!
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients like jalapeños, black beans, or guacamole.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute the meat with beans or grilled vegetables.
- Make sure to fold the tortilla tightly to prevent any filling from leaking out during cooking.
