- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add unsalted butter on top of the chicken.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.

- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
