These crispy wonton cups filled with spicy tuna make a perfect appetizer or party snack. They’re easy to make and bursting with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form a cup shape.
  4. Bake the wonton wrappers for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Once the wonton cups are baked and cooled, fill each cup with the spicy tuna mixture.
  7. Top with diced avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately with soy sauce on the side.
