These crispy wonton cups filled with spicy tuna make a perfect appetizer or party snack. They’re easy to make and bursting with flavor!

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form a cup shape.
- Bake the wonton wrappers for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Once the wonton cups are baked and cooled, fill each cup with the spicy tuna mixture.
- Top with diced avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with soy sauce on the side.
