- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the boiled potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each potato with the bottom of a glass or a potato masher.
- In a large bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the smashed potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese before air frying.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your potatoes; smaller potatoes may cook faster.
