Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
