- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
- Fresh chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the potato slices in a circular pattern, overlapping slightly to form a galette shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare the creamy sauce by mixing sour cream, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Once the galette is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Top the galette with smoked salmon and drizzle the creamy sauce over it.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
