  • 8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
  • Fresh chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the potato slices in a circular pattern, overlapping slightly to form a galette shape.
