Delicious crispy chicken wrapped in a flour tortilla with fresh romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked crispy chicken, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped crispy chicken, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon some of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, wrapping tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute grilled chicken for a healthier option.
  • Feel free to add additional toppings like croutons or sliced tomatoes for extra flavor.
