Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- Dip each tilapia fillet in flour, shaking off the excess, then coat in the egg, and finally dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the breaded tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
- Spray the tops of the fillets lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your choice of dipping sauce.
