  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
  3. Dip each tilapia fillet in flour, shaking off the excess, then coat in the egg, and finally dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the breaded tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
