  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each tilapia fillet first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
