Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each tilapia fillet first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil spray.
- Place the coated tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tilapia is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
