Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
