  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
