  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juice), heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
