- 12 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure it holds together.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add diced bell peppers or spices to the cream cheese mixture.
- Adjust the amount of bacon according to your preference.
- These can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
