Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Spoon small dollops of the cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving space between each dollop as they will spread.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. They will become crunchier as they cool.
