Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Add cottage cheese and egg. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape them into bagels.
- Boil water in a pot. Boil each bagel for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
