Description
Deliciously sweet corn on the cob slathered in a homemade herb butter, perfect for summer barbecues and gatherings.

- 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh chives (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- While the corn is cooking, prepare the herb butter. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the pot and let it cool slightly.
- Serve the corn on the cob with a generous amount of herb butter spread on top.
Notes
- You can customize the herb butter with your favorite herbs such as thyme or basil.
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the herb butter.
