Instructions
- Wash collard greens thoroughly.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add collard greens to the pot.
- Pour in chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add vinegar and stir well before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with cornbread for a complete meal.
- Can substitute vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
