Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, fresh or canned
  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, lobster meat, celery, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently toss to combine.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
