- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, fresh or canned
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, lobster meat, celery, bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
