Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the first slice of bread.
  3. Layer with lettuce, tomato, turkey, and bacon.
  4. Add the second slice of bread on top and spread mayonnaise on top of that slice.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Top with the third slice of bread.
  7. Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure each quarter with a toothpick.
  8. Serve immediately with a side of chips or a pickle.
