  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces in the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish. If using, drizzle maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
